Why is a test marked as ERROR in LambdaTest when it’s failing (FAILURE)? Any insights on this discrepancy?

We label the test as 'Error' based on Cypress indications. Reviewing Cypress logs reveals encountered errors, prompting us to set the status as 'Error'.
