Why can’t I use the app on your platform when it works perfectly on my actual device?

We tried to debug it from our end ,and we found out the issue . The issue is that when the app gets launched there is an app based pop up which is getting hidden and thus blocking you from accessing the app. I discussed around this with our product team and according to them this is a restriction from iPhone side that they don’t allow to handle pop-ups when streaming through webRTC. This is already identified and our team is working on the same and the fix for which will be deployed by mid June.

For work around we suggest you that once the app is launched and opened on the device that is the time the pop-up gets hidden so in order to get it back just click anywhere on the device screen and you will get the pop-up back. Once you select “Allow” or “Don’t Allow” then you will be able to access the app.
