I am doing Realtime testing and on the dashboard it shows a session already active even though I haven’t started a test session yet. How to resolve this issue? I have already tried some troubleshooting steps but nothing.

Actually, this error usually occurs when there is a session stuck in the backend. Please don’t worry at all. This happens rarely and to resolve this issue, you’ll have to contact our support team either on chat or at support@lambdatest.com and they’ll release the stuck session.
Once it is done, you have to refresh the page, it immediately reflects on the dashboard and you are good to go! Easy right?
