Why can't I open my app while performing Real Time app testing?

I’m performing a real-time app testing but I’m not able to open the my app. How can I fix this?

Hi Richard,

Please allow me to share that we do not support Apple Store in simulator. To test apps directly from apple store, you’ll need a real device plan.
