I am unable to find or use keyboard in iPhones in real device. What to do?

Hello Tim,

This is a limitation from Apple’s side due to security concerns in order to keep the password secured. Hence, keyboard won’t be visible when you type your password in iPhone.

Hi LT Team,

I understand that due to Apple security, we are unable to see device keyboards in case of entering passwords. So is there any other way to enter the password as I am unable to type from a mac keyboard as well? Please suggest

Hi Rachit,

The keyboard does not render in such cases where we are entering password for apple accounts. However you can still type on your mac keyboard and go ahead with login. Please share your email if you are not able to type from mac machines and we will reach out to you in order to fix this.
