Where is the marketplace in IntelliJ?
Select Plugins in the Settings/Preferences dialogue by pressing Ctrl+Alt+S. Switch to the Marketplace tab in the Plugins dialogue. Look for EduTools in the pop-up window that appears. Install should be selected. To implement the changes, click OK in the Settings dialogue and restart IntelliJ IDEA if requested.
