I want to enter a website with a broken certificate in Safari. If I agree that I want to enter the website even with a broken certificate it requires me to enter computer password. What I can do?

You need to set up the tunnel and active MITM using the underpass app to enable you to test your web app which does not have active SSL certification before making it live. You can check this doc for more info -
