Before making a website accessible, you must first identify the specific needs of your target audience. A website should be built in accordance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
The following are the factors to consider when making a website accessible.

Vision impairments: Poor vision, Color blindness, and other Visual challenges like visual strobe and flashing effect.

Physical disabilities: Unable to use mouse or keyboard, poor motor functions. 
- 
Hearing disabilities: Deafness and partial hearing. 
- 
Reading impairments: Reading challenges. 
- 
Cognitive disabilities: Weak memory and Learning challenges.
