Responsibilities:
- Responsible for identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving business-impacting
 - technical issues for global customers.
 - Must have - Hands-on experience with one or more languages (Java, JavaScript,
 - Python, PHP, C#)
 - Good to have - Hands-on experience with one more Testing Framework (Nightwatch,
 - WebdriverIO, TestNG, Testcafe, PHPUnit, JUnit, Pytest, Cucumber, etc.)
 - Good to have - Hands-on experience with Automation Testing tools (like Selenium,
 - Appium, Cypress) and Hybrid cloud-based Saas solutions.
 - Must have - Strong at debugging the code and perform root cause analysis
 - Must have- Strong knowledge of Web-based applications, various browsers, and
 - HTML DOM, and CSS
 - Good to have - Should have hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (jenkins, Azure
 - Pipelines)
 - Must have - Experience with tools like Intellij IDE, Jira, Github and ServiceNow/Zoho
 - Desk
 - Train and mentor front line support on troubleshooting methodology.
 - Work with customer Tech teams (Software Developer, Manual/Automation Testers),
 - Engineering team, Sales team and business teams.
 - Awareness of ITIL and Customer Success/Support processes
 - Requirements
 - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or other Engineering
 - or Technical discipline or equivalent relevant experience.
 - 5+ years of L3 Support or Application Support.
