Unable to login with correct credentials for selenium python certification test

Hi,

I am clicking “:start test” button from mail I got but its saying invalid username/password. The credentials are auto populating as i am clicking the link.

Please help.

I actually got the email to start my test much before of when I scheduled my test. I scheduled for 4 PM CST on October 28th but I got the email that I have to take the test on October 27th at 7:00 PM itself.

Not sure what is going on.

Can you please make sure you have selected the right time zone?

Also, please try taking the test using Incognito Mode.

Sure. I will try scheduling it again and do it in incognito mode. Thanks for your help. Will let you know if I run into issues.

Hi,

It locked my account and not allowing me to book another slot. It says, I can book only after 42 days. Is there anyway to unlock my account because I didn’t even take the test.

Yes, in this case, please use a different email address to book the slot.
