The imported test tool cannot be opened

Hi everyone,

I am a QA engineer. When I first tried using LambdaTest and installed the testing tool, it crashes immediately upon opening (the log is below). Could it be that the testing tool itself does not have sufficient permissions, causing LambdaTest to not deploy correctly?

Could you please elaborate a bit more on which product you are using, such as LambdaTest Real Device Web Automation, LambdaTest Real Device Native App Automation, or Desktop Web Automation on macOS or Windows?

Which tool are you trying to install on LambdaTest? Could you please provide more details?
