Focus on Force Their study guide and practice exams were super helpful. The questions were slightly harder than the real exam, which pushed me to understand the concepts deeper. Plus, the detailed explanations helped me learn from my mistakes.
Salesforce Documentation It’s not always light reading, but reviewing key topics in the official docs especially around case management, automation, and agent console gave me a much better grasp of how things work in practice.
Quizlet Flashcards I used a few public sets created by other test takers to review definitions and key concepts while on the go. It’s great for quick revision sessions.
Reddit & Salesforce Forums Checking others’ experiences and tips gave me insights into what to expect, and which topics were getting the most exam attention.
