Safari throwing 500 http error for specific website

Hello

I have problem with safari browser testing, when i open specific url i get http 500 error. This works perfectly fine on my local env. Video of test : LambdaTest Automation Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to website
2. If you are logged in navigate now to :
3. Click on hyperlink : “View order details”

Are you able verify why this website throw http 500 error? Or are you able provide network logs?

I am trying to reproduce this on my end. However, I am facing 403 error on trying to access the web app - “https://nordicspirit-ch-headless-frontend.api.stage.jtiweb.co.uk/en/login?utm_source=lambdatest-community”. Would like to understand whether this is a public / locally hosted website or there is any geoLocation restrictions?

I think you dont have access because you need to be whitelisted. I finally found logs from console why website is not loading. I will attach screenshots.
