On SauceLabs, you have access to the same User Interface than the Android simulators on. Android Studio. There, in the settings, there is a location tab, and then under route, you can upload a GPX file which is then setting different locations to the device, as if the user was moving.

With our Real Device Testing, we do support GPS geolocation which you can use to change your location and we also have IP Geolocation for changing the Proxy. You can try this out and let us know if that helps.
