My colleague logged in via SSO and I can see him in the correct LambdaTest_Access group. However, on LambdaTest, he was not added to the team and instead is in a team of his own. Also, his account seems to be sort of a free account since he just has very limited options. Please help us here.

If your colleague has signed up before SSO was enabled so currently in another org, we can add them back to your org from backend, please reach out to us via support@lambdatest.com for this.
This happens only in case of users who had signed up earlier using email and password, new users would be added automatically once they login via SSO.
