Hi Helen,

If you are trying to use it on iOS, and if it’s a developer-signed app then it won’t work as that is a limitation so I would suggest you install the app via Appstore or Testflight and it should work for you.

Hi, I was not able to install the app from the App store of virtual device

Hi @ipadhy , You can use the Real Device Test Tab and choose App Testing, From there you can get the app from The Upload selection (Via App Store/ TestFlight)

Just make sure you sign in your apple ID on the App Store App and not from Settings App as it was restricted.
