As I was informed, Tests that are done with real devices username not allowed to access the iOS Settings? Is there a way for us to have any form of access to surpass this limitation?

Yes, you would need to sign up with the Private Cloud Set up. That way you would have more control over the Private Cloud device cause of the exclusivity and privilege that comes with it. You would be able to access the iOS settings from there.
