Yes, there is no denial to the fact that API automation testing is making its way into the QA industry but this doesn’t mean that UI automation is shifting to API automation testing. API testing does not guarantee 100 percent effective results when it comes to UI experience. The statement could be closely related to the complete replacement of manual testing services by automation testing services. Just like, manual testing has its own benefits related to the software testing procedures, UI and API testing are different aspects of software testing which have their own benefits and purpose.
