This is the use case: we would like to report PROD build results to a particular channel, and STAGING/DEV results to a different Slack channel.

As of now we don’t have such feature available, but for work around you can follow the following approach:
This can be possible if two users from the same organization test on different environments like one on Prod env and the other on staging env, this way different environment notifications will be sent on two different slack channels linked to those users individually.
