Is it possible to perform testing of apps that requires an OTP? Can we receive Text messages (SMS)on Real Devices?

The messages and calls app is restricted on iOS devices on the Shared cloud. They would not be able to test this functionality on the shared cloud with e-sim. The messaging functionality can only be used in Private Cloud devices with an eSIM managed by the customer.
