I have a question regarding Accessibility Testing? In Real Time Testing option I have navigated to Browser Testing and selecting Mobile device, either iPad or iPhone, I am unable to find the option in setting, where as I was able to find in when selected Desktop.

That is correct. The accessibility feature is currently available in realtime-browser testing only.
