I’m running real time browsing testing on Chrome browsers and in emu/sim. When I’m scrolling, it is very jumpy and slow when using my mouse.

The scroll on emulators and simulators is an emulated scroll.
Since an emulated mobile device doesn’t support native scroll as desktop browsers, the emulated scroll works for the majority of cases but it might be flaky for few.
To get an end-to-end experience, you can click and drag (as you would do on a real device using a thumb) on the emulator and simulator and it would work seamlessly.
