If I have 2 parallels, is it going to be that we always would have 2 devices and each device will run 2 test cases. Or it can be any device running our test cases. Its not necessarily that these will be same 2 devices?

You can run any device that we support on your test cases. So lets you have 2 parallels, you can define 2 different devices on your script to run in parallel. It doesn’t have to be the same devices.
