I made sure the Underpass App has the correct credentials but isn’t working. What do I do?

Hi Alex Walker,

First you need to turn off your VPN or Firewall if there’s any. Next, un-install the Underpass app itself to start a new configuration. After Installing, go back to the dashboard and click on configure tunnel button. Then click on the Magnetic Link instead to avoid copy paste issues.
