I don’t know how to use Postman. Is there any other way to upload an app?

Yes, you can. We provide an option for you to generate the app ID from the App Automation dashboard. When you navigate to App Automation under the Real device. You will find the option “Upload App” on the top bar.

On selecting this, you will be asked to upload the app to generate the App ID.
