I am unable to remove my card details. It says the primary card details can't be removed. I don't want to be auto charged again

I am unable to remove my card details. It states that the main card information cannot be changed. I do not desire further automatic charges.

I have raised your request and our billing team has removed the card details. You wont be charged again.
