I am unable to add extensions with Mac Os High Sierra in Real Time Testing but it shows for other Mac versions. Can you help me with this?

Hello Rebecca-manson,

Basically, High Sierra is an old Os version, so we do not have the Chrome extension option directly there on the dashboard. However, in this scenario, I would request you to first start the Real Time session- then go to the Chrome extension store, and then download the extension within the session itself.

That should work.
