I am unable to access to the locally hosted pages despite configuring the tunnel. What can I do?

In case you are doing Manual testing make sure that Tunnel is selected from the drop-down right next to address bar. For Automation testing make sure to pass tunnel: true as capability. In case it doesn’t works, please try reconfiguring the tunnel and execute the tunnel again.
