I’m attempting to set up a tunnel using the Underpass app, but it’s giving me an error in the tunnel logs that says “Unable to authenticate user, please try again.” Could you maybe help me with this, since I’m using the correct Username and Access Key?

As I can see it is related to authentication it basically happens when credentials provided are not correct though I understand as per you correct credentials have been provided but please follow below step to open the underpass:
Go to the “Desktop App” section of the Configure Tunnel and click on “Magic Link” doing this it will open the underpass app and taking credentials by default automatically this decreases the chances of errors related to credentials.
