“Error! Cannot connect to JIRA. Login in details are in complete”. I opted Self hosted mode I am trying to connect my JIRA that is in our development JIRA, not a production version.
Is there any known restriction or any work-around for this?

Got you! this is due the host is not publicly accessible. So, the resolution is that either you could make it publicly accessible or whitelist our IPs so that LambdaTest can access your JIRA and integrate it for your account. you could collect our IPs for whitelisting from LambdaTest support. This would definitely work for you.
