I am able to run my locally hosted website when running from my IDE but it is not loading when trying from Github actions. What could be the reason?

It looks like the GitHub Actions server doesn’t have access to your local websites. You need to get in touch with your DevOps team and make sure the Github actions server has access to your internal applications.
