How do I use AWS Explorer in IntelliJ?

Do one of the following to access AWS Explorer with the AWS Toolkit for JetBrains installed and IntelliJ IDEA, PyCharm, WebStorm, or JetBrains Rider running:

Select AWS Explorer from the tool window bar.
Select View, Tool Windows, AWS Explorer from the main menu.
