How do I set keyboard shortcuts in IntelliJ?

In order to set keyboard shortcuts in IntelliJ, you need to follow the below mentioned steps:

  1. Right-click an action on the Keymap page of the Settings/Preferences dialogue (Ctrl+Alt+S) and select - Add Keyboard Shortcut.
  2. Press the required key combination in the Keyboard Shortcut dialogue.
  3. Select the Second stroke checkbox if necessary to create a complex shortcut with two key combinations.
  4. To save the shortcut, click OK. In the Keyboard Shortcut box, the key combination you press is displayed, along with a warning if it conflicts with any current shortcuts.
