Can someone tell me how to report an issue? Can I still report a bug if I am the only one in the team?

By going to the issue tracker, you can add your teammates as watchers for the particular issue. You can also assign them the issue by marking them as ‘assignee’. Incase the team-mate is yet to be added, you can invite them using an option in the tracker.
