Why am I seeing this error as 2/2 or 1/1 sessions are currently active even though they aren’t?

There could be multiple factors for this error message to appear.
First, check whether someone from your team is not accessing the platform which might be most probably the case. However, if not, Try running on incognito mode once! & try clearing the browser cache + resigning into your account.
Also, we need to understand why it happens? Basically, when we close the tab while the session is active, the session keeps on running in the background for a while. To avoid such a case, always close the session with an end button provided in the left-hand pane of capabilities inside the session with red color.
