Yes, you can share your failed or passed tests with your teammates over slack through the integration of slack on the LambdaTest integration dashboard and you’ll receive a notification in a specified channel whether the test gets failed or passed. Basically every test case. Also, you can config whether you want to share just failed or passed tests.

Also, there is one important point - you need to use Lambda Hooks to set the status of your test cases as pass or fail. You can have info for both Slack integration and lambda hooks from these docs
