How can I restrict the number of open ports and whitelist LT Browser's stun servers?

Is there a way to whitelist LT’s stun servers and restrict the number of open ports that are in use?

For App automation the streaming we use is webrtc. Webrtc by design communicates over a range of ports(1000-65535) on UDP or TCP for Peer Connections
