When you use virtual mobile or real device, and you are trying two swipe something left to right (image carousel) if I swipe my mouse off of the bound of the screen, then put my mouse back over the screen, it never registers that I have stopped swiping, and the whole page begins to swipe.
We want to inform you that we have tested your website by visiting the homepage and scrolling down to the “New Arrivals” swim lane. We have checked this on both virtual and physical devices, as mentioned in your previous email, and did not encounter any issues related to that section.
However, we did observe that when swiping the section off the screen and then moving the mouse pointer back to the device, an additional hard click is required before swipe functionality becomes responsive again.
Additionally, we would like to highlight that the swipe gesture needs to be performed on a specific part of the device screen in order for it to work correctly. This could be contributing to the inconsistent behavior observed.
Let us know if you need further clarification or if there’s anything else you’d like us to test.
