How can I make sure my HyperExecute YAML test runs on Windows 11 instead of Windows 10 as specified in capabilities?

In the HyperExecute YAML, when I enter runson as win, my test run on Windows 10 all the time; though I passed win11 in the capabilities. How do I run on Windows 11?
