Hey Tom,

You can refer to this URL- 18.04 - No ':' in the uri - Ask Ubuntu

Step 1- click on the file, click on Properties.

step 2- On the Permissions tab, make sure you have checked the ‘Allow executing file as program’.

step 3- Close it and go open the file. It now runs correctly.
