Hey Richard,

Please check for remote server URL in katalon–>Project–>Desired capabilities –>Remote–>Remote server URL.

If the user is passing isRealMobile is true then, The remote server URL should contain https://username:accesskey@mobile-hub.lambdatest.com/wd/hub instead of https://username:accesskey@hub.lambdatest.com/wd/hub
