Find My Restrictions Enabled

Hello everyone,

I have subscribed to your app-tasting platform to test my app on real iOS devices. For my tests, I urgently need access to the “Find My” app because my app needs to communicate with it.

Unfortunately, I receive the following notification when I try to open the “Find My” app: “Restrictions Enabled. Certain Apps, Features, or Services Can’t Be Seen or Used When Restrictions Are On. To Use This App, Turn Restrictions Off.”

Since I desperately need the “Find My” app for debugging my app, I wanted to ask if there is any way to disable these restrictions. How can I ensure that I have access to the “Find My” app to conduct my tests?

Hi @backerjannik Good day! I have confirmed that this restriction would be solved or allowed under the private cloud device. This restriction is expected on the public cloud device.
