Even if the user has the underpass app installed, the tunnel running icon, is not visible inside the manual test session. Why?

The tunnel running icon, which is a green ring in a blue coloured circle, is not displayed inside the manual test session, even if the user has the underpass app loaded.

For such cases, try to choose tunnel first from select tunnel in LambdaTest dashboard.
