Does the LambdaTest Automation for mobile devices support Appium 2? I could not find info about this in docs.

Yes, Lambdatest supports Appium 2, just pass the appiumVersion 2.0 as a capability. Make sure to have this under the W3C protocol and also pass the automation name.
