Just wanted to ask out of curiosity that do I need to use appreset or fullReset capability while performing App testing on real devices in order to clean our data?

Definitely it’s not needed as we take privacy of our customers to top priority due to which following each test session, the devices are thoroughly cleaned/sanitized. During this process, we uninstall the app and clear the user data and configurations generated on the device during the test session.
