Cretifcation exam process

Hi, I enrolled an exam slot at 14:00 pm 12-09-2023. The enroll was success on the first week of agust but I don’t received any information about it via email until today. Is this the normal process? When I will receive an email about the exam process ? I try to found any information about this in the Labdatest website, but I can’t find it :frowning_with_open_mouth: Thanks for the help.

I finished the exam 11 days ago, but I have not received the exam results by email. Approximately how long do I have to wait for the result? Thanks for the answer
