Can you help me find a solution so that I don't have to rely on VPN, Proxy or Tunnel to block requests?

I am investigating testing a geofencing solution where we need state-level granularity for testing locations. The software we are testing will block requests that are seen to be coming from a VPN, Proxy, or Tunnel so we need a solution that does not rely on these.

You just have to set up a Local Testing connection and whitelist the below few IP’s for the respective domain:
