Can we declare mobile and browser viewport sizes parallelly and execute parallelly in Cypress?

Yes, you can run 2 or more builds for different viewports or create multiple viewport specific cypress.json config and execute them on LambdaTest.
This is because multiple viewport is not supported by cypress as we also utilize the same cypress json settings to set it up so passing multiple viewports are not feasible at once,
