Can I push a screenshot in the baseline build using the visual regression APIs?

At the moment, all screenshots can be taken in a build at once only. A new screenshot cannot be added to an existing build.
I am looking forward to use the API in order to upload screenshots for Visual Regression Testing.
This url tell us how to upload screenshots. But how do we join the baseline image with the image to compare?
