Can I connect to a database via LT tunnel. Tunnel is running on jump host server which is behind a private network

I have a DB server that can be connected via a jump host server using IP and port. My tunnel will be running on a jump host. I can’t install the tunnel on the DB server directly. The Jump host is also behind VPC.

My test depends on DB for test data.
